The apartments Smiljana and Rosemary are located in Supetarska Draga. The village is split between Donja and Gornja Supetarska Draga (Upper & Lower Supetarska Draga). Together they embrace a beatiful and wide, protected bay, which is why the village has an ancient naval tradition. Supetarska Draga has a long tradition of nautical and family tourism and it’s the right place for for all nature lovers, thanks to its geological richness and lush vegetation. There are also three gorgeous small islands full of sandy and pebble beaches and romantic coves. The underwater world of Supetarska Draga is extremely various and rich, perfect for diving and snorkeling.
The church of Sv. Petar (St. Peter) was built in 1059 and is the oldest sacred building on the island and once there was also a Benedictine monastery. It is the best preserved Romanesque building on the eastern coast of the Adriatic and the gothic bell tower is among the oldest on the Croatian Adriatic coast. The village took the name after St. Peter’s church.
Supetarska Draga abounds in lush forests, rich in holm oaks and other typical Mediterranean vegetation. Here you can enjoy long walks through the woods or along the seaside promenade.
In the village there are a diving centre, several boat rental agencies, an ACI marina and two cranes for boats.
There are many good restaurants where you can really enjoy excellent local food.
